Surface inspectionTask: After the final burnishing, the surface must be inspected to detect scratches or dents. This step is important because the quality requirements for many metal objects are very high.Solution: Using an optimized front light combined with a polarizing filter, even the faintest defect can be seen. The blob tool selects all irregularities of the surface. The post-processing allows to suppress structures like the front design so that only defects remain. |
