MeasuringTask: During the production process of screw joints, it must be checked whether the end of the screw is at the same location within the mounting hole.Solution: Using a dark field illumination, the upper part of the screw joint and the screw itself are highlighted. If the screw joint is mounted at a fixed position no software alignment is necessary. To get a reliable result it is important to use a region of interest that is as wide as the screw. With this the local reflections on the screw do not influence the accuracy. |
