Quality assuranceTask: In the production of cork floor tiles the ratio of the different types of cork must be checked to ensure that the material has the same texture over the entire process period. In the application the ratio of the area of the black parts to the areas of the light parts must remain constant.Solution: ActivBlobFinder is used to extract the specific type of cork within multiple regions of interest. Within each of these regions of interest the number of dark areas is counted and compared with a predefined number. If the number is too high or too low the image part is considered to be faulty. |
