Using ActivSerial, you can output the results of other tools like ActivMeasure, ActivBarcode, or ActivFeatureCalc via the serial interface (RS232). If the results are evaluated using ActivDecision, you can output the evaluations together with the results. Furthermore, you can choose different items for output depending on the evaluations (see example applications for blob analysis, measuring, bar code reading).
